Best 10 to Top Ranking Tip?

I've got a bunch of keywords that are ranked number 8-10 on the first page of Google. I've got plenty of backlinks for them, squidoo, ezine articles, blog comments. But I want them to be at the top because that's where the traffic is for this niche.

My question is for the experienced, what is your best boost method or should I just give it some time and see what happens?

    I think time is your best friend. I too did almost exactly what u did. My pages with selected keywords went up and down the serp's like a big yoyo. They are now steadily staying on top. I attribute this to the longevity of the website online.

    I believe google wants websites and blogs that are in it for the long haul!

    Work with your On-Page Optimization. It deals with the proper use of title tags, meta tags, alt attributes, keywords, description, sitemap, robots.txt and h1/h2 tags.

      Just keep building links every month. Keep posting articles and blog posts... building up backlinks from different sites. Your ranking will keep going up.
      I like to check the allinanchor: [keyword] in the google search box (allinanchor:"your keyword"). This will show how you rank if the sites were ranked just by the incoming links. There is a time lag in google for them to rank a site (especially for competitive terms). If you are in the top 3 for allinanchor... your ranking will soon get to the top 3.
