I have several wp sites.. However I have no idea how or what to do with the rss feeds..

Does the feed send out from my site? or pull in stuff to my site?

How do I set it up and how is it beneficial??

Would really appreciate feedback and help..

    You should be submitting the feeds to rss directories like icerocket and feedage to additional indexing and promotion of your blogs.. you can mix all the feeds into one using something like yahoo feeds or rssmix and submit a single url to save you time
