My first go at paid advertising [bidvertiser]

Well I got your attention now.
My name is Torrance and I have been affiliate marketing part time for a short while.

I mostly have done article marketing with some decent amount of success, but I need to make more and faster.

So I found this great product on click bank, did my keyword research and made a list of them.

I then went to bidvertiser.com and set up my account.

The thing is since this is my first go at paid advertising, I am not extremely fimiliar with this site and how they work.

As far as I understand I should have tried with adwords first but i wanted to try a smaller network.

The question I am trying to get to is, on this site it looks like I am bidding on the catagory that I am displaying my ad versus the actual keywords.
Is this correct or am I not seeing it correctly?

I want to keep a low bid so I can get a decent amount of clicks but not go broke on my first go.

Any tips for this network?
