Good backlinking strategy?
- SEO |
I am quite new to link building, infact this is the first time when I am planning a strategy. I've done good keyword research, got a couple of sites so far, on my way to get more up. I've also found some good ways to get backlinks, built a few backlinks and one of my site is doing well on SERPs.
These backlinks I built are very basic, mostly blog comments. I am now trying to get some more backlinks through article directories and web 2.0 properties. I already have a few articles written that are ready to be submitted but I'd like to get a good plan ready before I do so.
So what I'm thinking is, use 2 articles, submit 1 to ezine and create a squidoo lens of other. Then I'd spin these articles and submit to 10 article directories and 10 web 2.0 properties. Or I could just submit without spinning but I think spinning won't hunt. All these pages would directly link back to my main page and may be one deeplink (deeplinks will be mixed).
Is this a good strategy or should I go with linkwheels? I am not really familiar with linkwheels, just heard about it. Will it be more effective to use linkwheels? I don't intend to rank article/web 2.0 sites pages if that makes a difference.
I'm all about that bass.
