Completely untouched market. Where to start?

Hey guys. I've found this completely untouched market. I mean every single niche (except web hosting and a few more) is green and ready to be tackled

But I have no idea where to start, with what niche should I start?
Anyone knows a popular and profitable niche that could get me starting? It used to be hard for me to find a niche, but now that every single niche is up for grabs, I don't know which one to grab!

I could do SEO or PPC, don't know what's better. If I can rank #1 with SEO and there are no ads should I stick with just SEO?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

That would probably be the smart way to go.

Why invest in PPC if you don't need too. Isn't the whole point of PPC to bypass SEO and buy your spot on the first page as an ad.

No. The point of PPC is to get more quality traffic and cover keywords that you are not with SEO, among other things.

Assuming that you have more time than money, start with SEO and see what happens. I mean, there could be a very good reason the market is untouched.

PPC can get you into the limelight in a hurry, and some people advocate using that before putting much time into SEO, but I think it depends on which you'd rather use: time or money.
