Hi all,

I am putting together a new blog to sell, but I have a question.

Is my keyword density ok? To much or to little?

Here is the site Witney Solicitors | Solicitors in Witney Oxfordshire

Thanks for your advice

My guess is that your keyworkd is witney solicitors... Your Keyword density is WAY too much. There are free tools out there to see what your keyword density is. Good is 1-2 no more than 3%. The main this is to keep it natural, which yours isn't at the moment. It is best to have a few keywords in bold than saying it over and over where it gets repetitive. That's my 2cents.

That would be keyword stuffing! If you were trying to rank for Witney Solicitors or Witney, you just shot yourself in the foot.

Yup, seems like "witney" and "solicitors" are your main keywords, but watch out for the keyword density. According to this keyword checker tool you have keyword density of 7.58% for witney and 5.64% for solicitors. I believe that is way too much.

Make sure you are not keyword stuffing when giving information or writing an article.

          Oops!

I have made some updates. Do you think that it will be OK now? I notice that it has now been indexed but in no where in the search results. Maybe my penalty :-(

Will it rectify when I get reindexed?

          Cheers

I have seen your site. Like you put good keyword density but as someone has mentioned that you should check it from keyword checker tool. Everyone has its own perception in general there is nothing wrong regarding density.

Thanks about that. I am within that range now.

Will the site be reindexed soon?

Looks better now. Still keep making adjustments in you SEO. Do not stop you SEO efforts at keyword stuffing. It takes a lot more to build a well optimized site.

Re: Keword Density....my recent articles submitted to Isnare have been rejected due to their density being in excess of 7%.

The keyword in question is only identified as 1071 (big help!)

Using keyword density tools, however, I am finding no keyword density level higher than 6%.

My queries to Isnare have thusfar gone unanswered, and I thought perhaps someone here might have an answer.

      Thanks!

thanks for all of your wonderful share.....do yo think repeating my target keywords 2-3 times in a 200 word article is bad?

Guys keyword density was more or less replaced by semantic indexing. Repeating the word or phrase over and over isn't the way to go. If anything you should be including more related words not repeating the same ones.
