Does An Accurate Keyword Rank Tool Exist?

I've been searching for a near 100% accurate Google keyword rank tool. But I've yet to find one.

The closest thing I have found is the SEOmoz tool. But even it is off by 5 or 10 on too many occasions. I need to be able to type in a keyword and the URL and for a tool to display the number it ranks in Google. This shouldn't be that hard to be accurate. Any thoughts?

Well there is NO SUCH THING in the modern world of search. You see we started an experiment to look at ranking flux, personalization, behavioral and geographic factors (for more see here; Looking for volunteers - Search and Internet Marketing rants, news and views - the Fire Horse Trail )

What we're finding is that there are no 2 SERPs the same - people from around the US and even in the same state are all seeing different rankings even when not logged into Google Search History (personalized search). We're going to do additional testing to see what potential factors are involved (data centers, behavioral metrics, state, OS, browser settings time of day, etc..)... but I can tell you that rankings vary from person to person.

These days you build strong SEO as always, but there is a premium on analytics and tracking actual traffic data for given KWs... this is more important than pseudo rankings...
