Google's cache date..

Is there a way to bump it, so to speak? My domain has been cached recently but anything after the / is about a week and a half behind...

Just wondering if there is something I'm missing.

Thanks!

I would bookmark some of the interior pages on dofollow bookmarking sites. There is a list of them on my blog below.

Everytime I've tried to do this, it has taken me a few days to get it to reload the date (after linking on social bookmarkeing sites).

The best way is adding new content frequently, that way the googlebot will visit more often. If it sees you only add content once a month why would it visit every day?!?!?

It does take a while for google to decide to visit your site more often. I set up a blogger blog and added plr content about once an hour it took about 1 1/2 weeks for google to decide to come back often.

Now if I put a post up it gets spidered within about an hour - normally a lot less.
Don't forget yours is not the only website out there!

Also adding your site in a forum signature, since forums are always getting visited by google.
