Best RSS directories to submit your feed?

I was wondering if anyone has a list that they use that they would be willing to share of the RSS directories that you submit your feeds to?

I have been asking myself this question over the past few days as well. i am not sure if it would be better to pick 10 or 20 sites and submit manually or buy something such as RSSBot.

  I have RSS Bot and it is sweet. I just started using it but it is so easy. Beats the heck out of manually submitting.
