My adsense ads seem to be loading slow and sometimes all of them don't even load.. Right now I've got the same code pasted multiple times on my site.. should I create a new ad in adsense for every single placement, or is it ok to copy and paste the code?

No its fine to use the same code again, the only time you may want to change the code is when you add a 'channel code' this is usually a form of identity so that you can track which of your adverts are doing better than the others,an example would be you could add the title top banner or left tower its only a code that shows up in your admin panel in adsense it then tells you that maybe your top banner is performing well and you may then want to change the style of the other ads on your site to earn more revenue.
Hope you can understand that as i have lost myself

    Joe,

Check your code. It might be pretty bloated, which is making the page load slower, including the Adsense ad blocks. Also, remember that usually less is more with Adsense. Fewer blocks might drop your CTR a bit, but it also tends to lower your avg. EPC because you're giving visitors a chance to click on the lower paying ads.

To fix the code bloat, try automating some of the more common stuff using CSS. It really has helped me on many of my Adsense sites. Also, I have no proof of this other than my own anecdotal evidence, but I think cleaner code helps Google pinpoint the them of your site for better ad targeting, and might even help with rankings a tad bit. Again, just my opinion.
