Question about Ezine Articles and RSS feed

I am trying to promote my ezine articles in all sorts of ways possible.
Is it okay to create an RSS feed of my articles through the HTML2RSS and submit them to RSS aggregators like Feedage.
The articles don't seem to have their own RSS feed. They only have RSS feed for the entire niche like for tattoos, the feed would be
ezinearticles.com/rss/Arts-and-Entertainment-Tattoos.xml
But no feed for each individual article.
Am I making sense or just wasting my time if do this?
