I found some link-building service as follows:

# 300 permanent, one-way text backlinks from 100 high quality high PR forums. Samples: PR9, PR9, PR9, more.

# 500 submissions to high PR general directories. Samples: PR8, PR8, more.

# 500 Articles submitted to high PR article directories

# Signature leasing for 10$ in high PR Forums. (Is it relevant how many posts the profile has? I doubt.)

    There are some value in those link building services in SEO wise if the service provider actually provide the service that he is advertising. The problem is that most of the service providers that promise those type of large link building packages do not often completely do what they promise. That is the main that I will be consider if I am going to purchase such a service.
