Best way to write keyword tag?

Hi, looking for peoples feedback, on how they think its best to write keyword tag

for instance, if i was doing a keyword tag for a business who did, garage conversions, and they did work in edinburgh, glasgow, stirling

what would be the best way to do it

so if they typed garage conversions + town into google, it would pick them all up?

    Google does not pick up keywords from the meta tag.

    Concentrate on your title and content.

    Google may well ignore the keyword meta tag, they have publicly said so, but I'd still advise using it. Use a maximum of four or five and only use keywords that actually appear in the page content.

      Oh I'm all for using the keyword tag, but part of the question:
