Help me pick keywords

Hi everyone. I found a niche that I'm interested in and I registered an AWESOME domain for it. Just having trouble picking out the right buyer keywords.
The niche is probably very very competitive but I'm not going to worry about it. I'll get in it for the long term and eventually I'll get where I wanna be in the SERPS.
Now, I need help picking the keywords. The niche is insomnia, sleep loss. I am decent at keyword research on physical products...but this will be my first go at affiliate marketing an info product and any help I can get at targeting the buyer type keywords would be great.
Anyway, if you guys would help me pick out the most profitable keywords to target on my website that would be great.
I was also wondering when you are backlinking and building a website in an info niche with only a few keywords. Do you just keep adding pages to a specific category in your wordpress blog? and then backlink the category page? Or do you just keep writing new posts using the same keywords? That would make backlinking kind of confusing for me.
