Am I suffering from Click Fraud?

Can anybody help me out with understanding some weirdness I'm seeing on an image ad campaign I'm running the Google content network.
From the placement report I notice that a lot of clicks have come from a site called plazzamix.com. When I went there to check it out, all I found was a ultra simple one page 3 question survey - NO IMAGE ADS!!!
I did a 'site:plazzamix.com' search on Google to look for other possible pages on this domain, and used 'wayback machine' to see if the page has changed recently, but nothing else showed up.
Has anybody come across this kind of thing before? Any idea what might be going on? Is somebody auto generating clicks or something? Should I report it to Google?
