Affiliate Links on landing + Adwords

Hello,
I've already a website on which I have set some for-Adwords landing pages.
Each LP presents a kind of tables with mobile monthly plans.
Next to each plan there's an aff. link to the operator website/plan (deeplink).
The question is, how should I set those affiliate links?.
It is quite normal my ads are not showing because of the low quality of the landing (this is what I've read in the AdWords account).
Should I cloak those links or just use a simple redirect (.htaccess).
Should I set those links as nofollow?
