People tend to be protective of their niches. However, look around the first pages of many niches, and you're sure to find one.

nobody can show you the exact blueprint that guarantee to make you money, however, you should always try out the niche yourself and you dont know which will expose to make you big bucks.
I have several micro niche sites, not every of them bring me consistent income, but i cant refuse few of them really do. Just try it out, dont think too much, this is not a complicated approach.

the problem with a micro niche is... it's micro!

From what I understand is the whole point is going after niches with very little competition and also very little search traffic so while it may be easy to rank one of these sites the traffic is so low that it's also difficult to make much of a profit off it.

I don't think your website is going to be much different from any other IM type site but you need to approach micro niches in a shotgun approach... you're going to need 100 sites making a buck a day if you want to see $100 a day.

You can't expect to get rich off keywords that only get 50 searches a day no matter where you are ranked.

*yes, there are exceptions to everything.

Personal, I go against all common wisdom and only go after keywords with thousands of searches a day and say 'to hell with the competition' . I'm not afraid of them, I play IM like it's a game and it's more fun to knock off the big dogs. I'm not interested in developing 500 micro niche knitted kitty sweater sites that might make me $10 a month.

now that I've gotten that out of my system... search for all of the micro niche threads and look for links in signatures... you'll probably find a few suckers who are linking to their sites for you to check out.

JasonMorgan is just so absolutely wrong about kitty sweaters... I make $14million per day from that keyword alone!

But seriously. If you want to make one site that earns $100/day or 100 sites that earn $1/day it's mostly about personal preference. I've heard both can be successful.

However, I also prefer the shotgun approach. If you focus on a few keywords you'll miss out on the ones you never thought would be profitable.

Don't take me word for it, seriously, I don't make a lot of money.

I doubt anybody is going to show you their niches as that means everybody will see it and most probably have a go at it, so for them to show you one of their sites it means they are willing to give up potentially the money that little niche makes which would be quite silly.

I've seen a tonne of micro niche sites around, especially the ones that use the "xfactor" template, I almost can't help but run into them when I'm doing keyword research.
