The best way to bring a fairly "new" site in the same arena as an aged site is to be very demographically targeted with your SEM and to make use of as many "exact match" content as possible, to capture serps, then broaden your market.

What seo onpage have you completed? And...what platform are you using?

I don't have this site up yet, I need an adviser to help me do onpage optimization even though I have a good idea how to do it.
I already have one of my websites on first page of Google in a very competitive market of 14,000,000 results, so I have a clue about SEO, but don't have time to do it again and keep it up for this website.
I am just looking for someone who will completely take care of my SEO needs.
Good article writers are needed too, please advise...

It should be completed within 3-4 weeks. I also want to optimize my squidoo page which I could probably do myself, just don't have time to do that.

Your seo and sem should start in the planning stages of your site dev.

And...I don't compete with VA's that concider themselves only worthy of 300 a month. I can tell you right now that that's Not SEO. Not the real macoy anyway. Maybe just link building...maybe.

I can get you where you want to be and keep you there...and then some. But, I won't even talk about for under 2k just to start.

Compile the demographic market reach. In laymen terms: If Google ceased to exist today, you wouldn't care. I give you where your buying customers are across multiple platforms and how and when to interact with them to achieve maximum monetization. Google's PR and serps ranking become the perks rather the lifeline. That's the beauty of my marketing spreadsheets. It is also what keeps your site on Top of the Search Engines. I call it my "Search Engine Reverse Psychology". (damn...that could be a good eBook...lol)

Do the keyword research - identify the commercial intent vs. non-commercial intent.
Select the titles and criteria for web content to better position the site in the serps.

Construct your link wheel layouts based on demographic interests.

Research and identify the best practices to re-purpose your content across multiple platforms, broadening your market reach.

Train your VA to perform routine duties correctly and suggest the proper software programs and systems to complete the tasks. This way...you can wean off of my services and I can go back to being grumpy somewhere else.

What I Will Not Do:

1. Write the content. Even though I construct the titles, keywords and description of what the article is about...I do not write the article. My expertise is better spent elsewhere.

I must have missed the email that you sent...cuz I didn't get one from you. I'm still unaware which keywords you are focusing on.

I'm assuming that ACN stands for the American Communications Network. Is that correct?

If so...then that means you targeting the telecommunications industry. Your competitors here in the US are AT&T and Verison and an even bigger one Time Warner.

Your going to need a really wicked marketing strategy to mark your place among those. And...a squidoo page, 4 videos and 4 articles isn't going to come close to that. It doesn't have enough umph it get through the gates.

Due to the competitive barriars you have against you right now. I would focus on the market reach. Locating your potential customers and getting in front of them and start branding yourself. This can be done while onpage seo is being done.

The key here is to identify the areas that are not currently saturated by your competitors and have a reasonable amount of interest and buyers. That's going to take a fair amount of data mining to map out.

I am not targeting customers at all, we are not allowed to promote our services online, each distributor only needs 20 services total, so we get them with our warm market. What we do is promote the opportunity.
ACN is getting almost 4000 daily searches on keywords:

ACN
ACN Scam
ACN Scams
ACN Review
ACN Reviews
and so on

I am looking to funnel all those people into my system, that's all. I know how and what to do with them.

All i need is my content to take up the front page of google for those keywords.

One thing I need to clear is how long is your job going to take you?
I guess how long will it be before my website is #1 in google?

I am with ACN, and I am going to show my traffic how to stop chasing their friends and family and harassing everyone within 3 feet of them, and actually build a real home business. Home business is when you don't leave your home.
I am going to teach them how to truly build a successful business using technology and systems. Even those that dont want to use internet, I will still show them other effective ways to have people come to them asking about their opportunity, not the opposite.
