Hi, my ads are not relevent to the keywords of my site. For example, let's say the keyword of my page is "Thick Yoga Mats", the ads won't be for thick yoga mats, but more for yoga non-related stuff. What's up with that?

Thanks

Just make sure that you will highlight few of the keywords in your articles to let Google know that these are my keywords. At the same keep in mind not to overdo it.

Also if your site is new then Google takes some time to show relevant ads for your site. Allow some time to see whether Google notices your niche.

Yes my keyword density is around ~2-3%.

  • 1. You didn't say how long you have had the code up. On new sites it can take a few hours before the Adsense Bot crawls your site

    2. You may be in a niche with few advertisers and you have too many ads running so they fill them with something.

    3. You may not be giving them enough targeted content to crawl.

Put some incoming and outgoing links on your page with targeted anchor text.
