Why are All My Adsense Ads the Same....

Not across all my niches, but there is one niche where the same 2 ads appear again and again. Its about a 15 page site, but those are the only 2 ads that appear.
I don't want to say I am complaining, as those ads routinely pull in more than $1 per click as of the moment (kinda low CTR though), but why might this happen?
I want to think that this is a good thing and the most targeted, highest CPC ads are being displayed on my site -- but theres that other part of me thats going "maybe this is bad and you should freak out?"
Your thoughts on why this is happening.
