Whats the best way to sort a huge adwords keywords list?

Hi, I have a huge keyword list around 8,000 to use on an adwords campaign, what is the best way to sort this keyword list into different adgroups, whilst ensuring no adgroup has a duplicate word contained in another adgroup.

Are there any tools/software that do this.

    Yes use the google external adwords tool it will sort everything you need and check for duplicate keys, it is free to use and download.

    Have you tried using Excel ?

    Or OpenOffice's equivalent
