What type of link is the best??

Hey folks-

I was wondering what type of link is the best? Meaning-- If I have a High PR Profile Link and a Link from say an Article (of the same PR), is one link better than the other? How about a blog post link?

Compare any type of link. I am thinking a link is a link but I am a newb....

      I would say both are equally good but one thing you must know about profile links is that you must get these profile pages indexed first before you can think about getting the backlinks.

    I think the article link is probably worth more. Profile links are less likely to remain indexed unless you are actively posting over the years.
