    You will probably get many varied answers and probably all will be ok.

    there is not set time to turn search partners on or off, i leave them on from the start, and no i do not create a separate campaign for the search partners.

      I agree there is no right answer because in my experience there is usually not a major difference on the search side.

      However, search and content network are drastically different and you should definitely keep content network turned off for search campaigns.
