  Note that Badass RSS Submitter by Peter Drew will submit to many RSS syndication service and they all get indexed pretty fast

  Go with Big Mikes (Incansoft) RSSBot. Works like a charm and can be found cheap when they offer coupons.

I just tested badassrss. I submitted a few feeds then I searched a bunch of feed sites but could not find my submission.

I think that feed submission is best done by hand.
