Adwords Question... Really Confused About this..

I have an ad group where I want to split test two ads and two landing pages. I'm confused about how to set it up in the adwords editor. The ad group had already been running for a little while, with 2 ads, both going to the same landing page, upon seeing that there's a good CTR for both ads but not good conversions I decided to make specific landing pages for each ad.

I know that I could just change the destination URL on each ad, but what about the keyword destination URLs? I already had some tracking code attached to each keyword with a subid and I'm wondering how to do this correctly, doesn't the keyword destination URL override that of the ad? or viceversa?

Any help on this I'd appreciate it.

    Could you not just change out the destination URL in both ads to your second test page then run for the same amount of impressions as your test for page one then see if your conversion rate has increased ?

    also follow up prosper 202 ? or an app similar in name as from memory people use this to split test pages but i have never used it.
