Hi warriors, would like to know if the page that is having adsense is served with an article less than 50 words, would that be banned from adsense?

I am quite confuse with the quality content clause from adsense TOS. Hope to get your valuable advice.

It won't cause any quality problems as long as there is other quality content on the page such as photos, video or a Flash game.

The problem is that the Adsense 'bot won't know what to show to visitors very well so you will tend to get lower paying generic ads and maybe even the dreaded PSA's (Public Service Announcements).

If that would have had been true then sites displaying "quotes" such as motivational quotes, funny quotes etc. would not have had survived. As long as you post relevant posts(readable), adsense wont be banning you for sure.. And yeah, follow TOS as well!

Nope... I can put adsense in a page with 2 sentences of 30 words and have high paying niche... Google bans cheaters and I think having 50 words is cheating..

hi, thanks for all your valuable reply, would it be a problem if the page is loaded with 1 sentence of words (i.e. 50words) without any other image or video as supporting?

As for the PSA, i have still not seeing any in the site, i believe the keyword used in the sentence has enough power to trigger the adsense bot....

I don't think so.... I would suggest that you build up content on your site as 50 words is not going to give you a lot of keywords to rank for...

But as far as the question on point... I have had pages with about 50 words, on a site with a few dozen pages, never had a problem...

I don't think that you will get banned for having less than 50 words on a page. Many pages are like that online with adsense showing. They are worried about a lot of other things besides that.

I don't think quality of content does not mean certain number of words. If your article looks natural with good readable, useful content that's fine. Content should not be duplicate one and page should not look as if it is written for adsense.

You dont get banned unless you are doing some keyword stuffing. Ive had sites where Ive setup a wordpress installation, installed the plugins put adsense on it. When I did eventually come back to it a few days later, it was indexed, even had some traffic but wasnt banned. However, the point is that you should get content up as soon as possible and not try to cheat Google.

If the content is actualy GOOD you won´t have any problems. Still, it all depends on Google and they DO ban people for all kinds of stupid reasons.

You won't get any problems. I do that. Just some word with video from Youtube and the advertisement viewed is also relevant.
