Blog Themeing ?

Hey guys, I'm building some themes throughout my blog and I ran into a problem, i was hoping some of you fantastical SEO experts could help me out with.
So basically I'm building themes for Home Business, Work from home, etc... The problem I'm running into is, that some of the themes are very similar, for ex. Network Marketing, and MLM are pretty much going to cover the same exact topics, which makes it hard to build each one out.
So my question is this, do I build out, let's say the Network marketing theme first, and then when I start building out the mlm theme, I'll just link to the network marketing articles? or should I also build out the mlm theme, with the same articles, but just rewritten so i don't get the dupe content slap? What do you guys think? Any and all help is most appreciated.
