thanks for the list, this top commenter stuff is something i've been thinking about for a while, do you know how often it resets? I heard it was 30days but i just read on Jon Chow's blog its 5days! I don't know if it varies from blog to blog but its a fair bit of work to get in the top commenter section of many blogs every 5days..

This is a big list of do follow blogs. But if you are not the top commentator, will it still give you your desired backlinks?

Well may be! However most of the time backlink you get by commenting on an individual post remains NoFollow. You can get a DoFollow link (that too from sitewide), only if you come up as top commentator.

Other thing is you need to keep visiting to those blogs and continuously keep commenting (in a genuine way), so that you remain there on Top Commentator list. So this needs a lot of hard work and dedication to get some good backlink in this way.

How do you guys find if blog commenting is dofollow or not? Just look at the source code of the page?
