Multiple site with same theme bad for SEO

I have a quick SEO question. I have a reseller hosting account and each of my sites has their own account through my main reseller account. I have around 5 sites that has the exact same theme and design but they are in different niches. I am planning on creating many more of these but just want to make sure if I will have problems with SEO if I do this?

    No you won't have any problem.
    if you would, then everybody with the same WP theme that is installed automatic would have low rankings and that is NOT the case.

    Relax, if you found a theme that converts, ranks and looks good just replicate it!

    Well said Mike! I would have to agree 100% with Mike's assessment. I would add, however, that outside of the SEO elements, there is also the issue of consumer confidence. If the theme is replicated to an extent that it is diluted, you may want to shy away from it.

    Search engines care about content. So as long as you have different content on these sites there is no problem.

      Thanks for the feedback guys. I didn't think it would be a problem but now I am sure it won't. I have the same theme with same design on all sites. Content and header is all thats different on each site.
