Automatic banklinking link builder - too good to be true?

I was recommended this automatic tool, that apparently helps build your site and gets the domain indexed by Google almost immediately. You will get a lot of backlinks, some of PR 7.

To do it:
1. Open http://seo.woothy.com
2. Enter your URL (with http://)
3. Choose how many pop up open in one time (leave default = 5 for test)
4. Choose how many URL must open to get some backlinks (leave default = 5 for test)
5. Submit, and popup will open automatically, and close automatically too

Simple and cool right? Once again, all automated! just type your URL, submit, wait until done!

Now all this seems to easy to be true. But I tried it and it seems to work.

I'd love to get some opinions on it from the clever people on this forum like James, Alexa, Allen and so on. How does this thing work and is it any use for bookmarking?

    Hi,

    Is this your tool?
I think that it is not nice to discriminate other peoples form this forum. They are smart too

Hi. No, this is not my tool, and I'm not trying to promote it in any way. I'm simply curious about how and whether this works at all.

If it helps get a page indexed quickly then I could use it to ping new pages, articles etc.

Sorry if this (or similar) have been discussed here elsewhere. I didn't see those. The last few weeks I have been busy reading the excellent thread about EZA (http://www.warriorforum.com/main-internet-marketing-discussion-forum/95391-article-site-eza-first.html#JOXTLAZgX6gf3B3S)

Oh yeah, and I dont mean to discriminate. This forum has so many valuable members that base their answers on fact, testing and experience. Its a real learning experience for me. I just wish I could read faster!

There certainly are blackhat robot spammers that can automatically post messages in certain blogs, etc., one particularly devious one can create 100,000 forum posts in a day. Employing such unnatural methods can get a site de-indexed if detected by search engines, besides degrading the overall quality of the web with worthless unsightly graffiti.
Short of auto generating the lowest quality back-links, one can hire 3rd world crews to create more authentic links for not much money. Such links seem to be used more often enhancing shady short lived sites, stable high ranked sites seem to more often have better quality links from other ranked sites.

An auto backlink mechanism working on a smaller scale is the you-comment-i-follow blog plugin, which automatically inserts the title of the last post of the commenter's blog and a link to it into the post comment.

Hi - I'm not sure I agree about wasting time. Several months on and I still use this tool.

I don't own it, or even know who does, but it does seem to work. Certainly whoever owns it is not making any money from it (other than the banner ad perhaps) because it doesn't require any signup details.

When I check my backlinks I was surprised to see that the ones this tool got me were the only ones there.

I don't believe a link building tool can get a good quality backlinks. They're only good in quantity but not in quality.

Yes. I'd certainly agree with that. Quality backlinks from relevant sites with decent PR are fantastic, but very very hard to get organically (ie without asking for them).

Lots of low quality links still makes a big big difference. I'm just saying what works for me.
