Blogspot not being indexed

I created 7 blogs about one month ago and none of them are indexed. I get this message in all of them in the robots.txt
User-agent: Mediapartners-Google
Disallow:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /search

Could this be why I'm not getting indexed? Thanks for any help ahead of time.

    Just try to ping the feed url to RSS directories and also digg them then see the results in few days..

    I've found that Wordpress.com blogs rank much quicker than blogspot blogs for some strange reason.

    Just my experience though - others have obviously seen different results, so it may depend on the niche.

    I guess the blogger (blogspot) blogs get indexed in google than any others.
    Whenever I post my article with a relevant keyword, it shows up within 10-15 mins in google's first/second page out of the millions... So I guess blogspot is surely the better blog to be indexed.

    Or it also might be, because I have been bookmarking my posts in every possible bookmarking site since last 8 months

      Yep, bookmarking most definitely helps, as do other SEO strategies!

        Yes believe it or not, but 50-60% of my daily traffic is coming from google keyword search, which is what I think that the fruits of the hard work is paying off now

    Do you have sitemaps for your blogs? As far as I could see from googling blogspot/blogger they automatically generate sitemaps for you, and submit them.

    I find that registering my websites with Google's Webmaster Tools at www.google.com/webmasters/tools/ (where you also can submit your sitemaps) helps getting them indexed faster.

    And as mentioned by JeffMitchell and Deezy, some more information would be nice.

    For instance:

    Are you targeting your blogs for any keywords?

    Does your sites show up when entering site:www.yoursite.com or site:yoursite.com in google?
