I have check some blog page that has 1 RANK on google for competitive keyword, this page has NOT a lot of backlinks, and it is NOT have many high PR backlinks, even the backlinks is not relevant with the niche of this page, but I see somethings interesting for me as a newbie, this blog has IP "74.125.95.121" which is (United States Mountain View Google Inc) and the name server that this blog use is like this :

NameServer: NS1.GOOGLE.COM
NameServer: NS2.GOOGLE.COM
NameServer: NS3.GOOGLE.COM

MY QUESTION IS, DOES GOOGLE SERVER EFFECT ON SEO?

(not sure what the GOOGLE SERVER EFFECT reference is about)

The only domain and hosting factors I have heard to effect search ranking are:

The physical location of the file host seems to effect location specific searches, a for san fransiaco might match a site hosted in CA, before one hosted in turkey.

Domain names that have been purchased for multiple years are said to rank better than a 1 year buy.

Confidential domain name registration (concealing ownership) might be a negative factor.

    In a word no.
The competing links must have worse relevancy and PR, simple as that.
