Getting ranked for buyer keywords with namebrands - trademark issues?

Hello yet again World. Sorry for the bursts of topics here in this forum but I have yet another query. Say I have a decent buyer keyword that uses the brandname of a product (say, weber grills). If I get ranked on the first page of Google for that term and monetize the site using Adsense and make money from it, will this be a trademark issue? Of course the domain won't have the brandname in it as I know this is a trademark issue.

Any and all help will be appreciated, thanks.

Is the brandname in your domain name? Don't do that

The domain won't have the brandname in it, as I know this is a trademark issue. My question is that if I monetize a site with brandname buyer keywords and get ranked on the first page with them, will this spell trouble? My main keyword will be an EMD but other pages on the site would be monetized with brandname buyer keywords, mixed in with other keywords.

In my opinion, it is definitely OK to outrank the authority sites.

    Why?

Because Google controls the SERPs, not you.
