Looking for video training for SEO virtual assistant

Hi all
Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a series of video tutorials that I can get my hands on to train up my VA.

Im looking for training on hubpages - squidoo - blogger and other web 2.0 accounts.

I know it is very simple but i honestly dont have the time to get them done.

If anyone knows of any training vids or even a pdf with screenshots then it would help me alot
