Anyone tried ppc campaign to a proper name?

I'm trying to break into some ppc to an online poll to a CPA offer, as I've heard discussed many times, and I'm not sure how ppc to this squeeze page because adwords doesn't seem to accept our campaign running to a proper name or an association, such as if I was trying to do a poll on a certain hockey player and used his name and NHL type keyword (not what I'm doing but very similar). I've also noticed there's almost no ads when you search on NHL or proper names. Also, our squeeze page is getting a quality score of 1 out of 10 with poor keyword relevance and poor landing page quality. I've done dozens of squeeze pages just like this and never had a problem with quality score or keyword relevance and typically have a qs of 7 out of 10. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

    It may be the cpa offer is not liked by the G, but you have a poll before that ? never worked with a poll but that may also be causing the problem, lack of content ? seen as a bridge page ? a lot of variables happening there but i doubt the name is the problem

      Well, I've done my best, within reason, not to make it look at simply a "bridge page," there are about seven cloaked links, multiple pages, home, about us, privacy policy, and about 400 words of keyword rich text below the fold. Just don't understand why such many, many very similar squeeze pages have fine quality scores and this one is such trash. Also seems strange that when I google my keywords there are sometimes no ads showing from anyone or sometimes just one or two but we can't even get placed for impressions. Perhaps my bids are a little too low but can't really go higher and expect to make much profit.

    OK lets rule out the bridge page, the product is it different to all of the others that have worked ? is it on G's i done a bad bad thing list and if so does that explain why there are no other ads showing as well ?
