A little advise for the Law niche and ranking time

I practice seo for a living and do very well at it. My seo website is only about 8 months old and can already be found on the first page of google for terms such as seo services uk and seo company uk. This is a great achievement but only one of many - I must admit that this has been the hardest to get ranking but as my offsite optimisation and onsite factors are both strong I am not surprised to find myself on page 1.
I work for many companies in the Uk and run a number of successful sites.
One thing which has me puzzled is the law niche - I have a side business which provides a claim service for accident claims - personal injury - accidents at work etc - dont worry im fully regulated as the law requires.
For some reason my website is no where to be see and I have a fantastic premium domain. I dont want to mention my domain here however i was wondering if there is anyone in the claims field - if so then how long did it take to get your website ranked ?
