Do whatever you can - everything will help to rank better: articles, backlinks, onpage SEO...

The easiest way to build backlinks is to create forum profile or post at forums and have an bb code link to you website. Good luck, never give up, you can do this!!!

      Chris,

      That's a hard one mate.
You have over 100 backlinks to the site.
The competition seems mild. A total of 9 in PR for the 10 sites.
Most of them have no b/links.

I looked at 2 of your EZA and noticed they both had only 1 link in the resource box.
      I have 2 suggestions.

      1. Add your URL to the resource box so that it reads

....I have to say that I find the lifegear inversion table<---- (HYPERLINKED) to be amazing for pain relief. Visit http://lifegearinversiontablereviewDOTblogspotDOTcom ( wrote the word dot for this example)

      2. Occassionaly link back to inner pages on your blog and ensure that there is a link in those articles linking to your home page.

If it is any consolation, you are #8 here in Australia.

Also, I notice you do not have thw W's at the start of your url.
Make sure every backlink has no W's as Google sees this as 2 websites.

But you are right, you really should be high page 1 for sure. Keep us posted on the progress please.

The first thing I noticed is the high number of spelling mistakes, typos and punctuation errors - even with the keyphrase itself.

Proofread, proofread, proofread. Then proofread some more.

If your web content contains such errors then not only will this reduce the readability of your content, and put people off reading it, but Google is likely to lower its credibility.

Hey thanks Penworth....I don't know why I never caught those before...I have updated the content per your reference and now everything is looking great....seems to have risen to the #2 spot in Google today...it might be just dancing....

Thanks to everyone that gave their input...it's very much appreciated and I have taken in each post and made those changes...hopefully now I can get that site to the number # spot in Google.

I've been doing a lot of research over the past year and this blogspot is really my guinea pig site to test and create a plan of action.
