Rank Tracking Software Recommendations - HELP! :)

I have very specific needs for rank tracking software. Please post recommendations that fit the requirements. If you solve my problem, I'll love you forever! LOL

Also, I'll buy through your affiliate link if you show me a solution that TRULY solves all my problems.

1) Needs to be able to handle hundreds of websites and thousands of keywords gracefully (leaves out Market Samurai - you put too much in there and it bogs right down)

2) Needs to be able to track particular pages, not just domains (for instance, a specific ezine article or twitter page, not just the domain)

3) Needs to be able to group projects in a way besides by domain, so that I can have all of a particular clients' web 2.0 properties and websites tracked in one project (leaves out Magic Rank Tracker)

4) Needs to return rankings for the 1-10 view (which the VAST majority of real searchers use) and NOT the 1-100 view (leaves out the rank tracking firefox plugin)

5) Needs to, obviously, export to Excel or CSV...or anything, for that matter LOL! (inexplicably, this ALSO leaves out Magic Rank Tracker)

6) Needs to be able to handle a two letter search term (leaves out the firefox plugin)

HHHHEEELLLPPP!!!!

Rank Tracker - Track Your Search Engine Rankings Easily! should do the job.

I have the Professional version, but given you want to use it for clients and the like the Enterprise version is probably best suited for you. I went on the same search you're going through now and settled with this. It's fantastic.

Unfortunately neither of those lets you create projects containing multiple domains, which is on the list of things I need.

        Any more suggestions???

I could've sworn the rank tracker that Pat mentioned allowed you to add additional url's to a project. I guess I'll have to check again when I get home.

Actually, melanie, I think rank tracker does but I think you need the enterprise version which is 250 dollars.

I could be wrong but that's what I was under the impression of.

Thanks, but the very first thing it says on the home page is "1) add your domain 2) Add your keywords"

That doesn't work. That means if I'm tracking 2,000 or more Web 2.0 pages, I have 2,000 projects? Just for that?

And every time I have to run a report for a client, I have to fish through and find their particular 300 pages, and run those projects individually?

      Yeah, no thank you. LOL

Also, it says in the pricing that their biggest package is $80 a month for 250 domains and 5,000 keywords. I have, like, ten times that.

I used to use one called Search Engine Commando, it does allow you to run a ranking report on many URL's/domains in one report.

Have you tried the SEO Book rank checker tool? It's free and you can group url's as you like.

They also have the tool called Advanced Webrank Checker or something like that.

I would avoid SeScout if I were you. They've had a lot of issues with reliability.

MicrositeMasters is a lot more reliable, tracks daily, has a lot of other features other rank trackers don't have, and you can try it for free.

Raven Tools or Authority Labs. Raven is by far the best available and actually uses Authority Labs but adds a lot of awesome features. WELL WORTH IT.

You're right, Raven does pull weekly but I never had an issue with weekly rankings reports myself. The things I like about Raven is the data is always spot on, it's 100% automated, and it aggregates Google AdWords statistics (local & global volume + competition) next to each keyword along with Google Analytics traffic. Also Raven is web-based, the UI is slick, the reports are clean, and of course it comes with a ton of other features.

+1 for Traffic Travis, but it won't be able to process "hundreds of websites and thousands of keywords". Although it is faster than Market Samurai and lets you use a proxy, you will still be limited by Google's throttling.
I'll have to check out this Raven Tools.
