Help! Sudden drop in SERP :-((

Suppose I'm trying to increase the position of the keyword "Eating apple" in the SERP, then I make many other posts using those keywords, such as "Eating apple now", "Eating apple tips", etc...

Do you think this is a good thing to do? Because since I did that, the main keyword I intend to target suddenly drops so significantly to NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!

what should I do now?

Don't stress it.....your just doing the Google Dance...give it a few days and check back and it should bounce back stronger.

I've had this happen to my sites before, and they always came back after consistent link building. Just keep building links using the correct anchor text that you're targeting. Sometimes it can take a while depending on the keyword and the freshness factor of new posts/sites.

      The above post is true.

The same exact thing happened to my site where it was out for two weeks and it just came back this past week.

Keep building links to it and it will def. come back.

My experience of the update which has come through in the last few days is that in areas I follow the content-heavy nonprofit pages have dropped massively, to be replaced by spammy product pages, often with lower pageranks.
