I promise this is the last question about John's method. I have been using John's method since early October last year, now I am about to makee my first 100 Bucks from Google.

Compared to other brilliant fellows, I am definitely quite slow in my progress.

I have 8 niche sites and only 2 of them kept making money (about 8 dollars a month), while the rest is not functioning well.

All my domains are products targeted, and the targeted keywords were registered as com. net and org forms

I remmember John once said he have the idea of selling some of his site, while I think it is time for me to sell some of my site which does not function well.

But where and to whom shall I sell them? Can someone share their wisdom on this?

Thanks.

You can try and sell them on flippa.com or here on the forum in the sites for sale section but I doubt you will get much for a site that isn't making any money.

I believe the concept he was referring to was selling a site that is actually doing fairly well on autopilot after a little work.

So for instance; if you have a site that is consistently making $100 a month, then you can sell it typically for a year's worth of income.
So based off my example above, a site averaging $100 a month might sell for around $1200.

But as mentioned in the previous post, I do not see you having much luck selling off a site that is not performing well.

If you are following Xfactor's method you ought to find out why 6 out of 8 sites are not earning you money, compared to the 2. After all if you are following his method you ought to be making money for most of them. Following Xfactor's method you would need to build lots of sites targeting on products and so selling those that did make you money may not be the best solution. Unless of course you have done your homework and found out the reason and nothing can be salvaged from these sites.

Thank you guys for your advice. I do try to figure out what happened to these 6 six sites. I have some problem boosting 4 words keywords domain, and that is what made me sad in my portfolio.

I think some of my sites are quite good name picker, they have the keyword "best" in the domain, hope to get some fair price.

    Wish me some luck!

    Thanks again.

I add some Amazon links to my adsense sites and also some phone numbers instead of links so they don't click off of my sites. I find the adsense sites are ok for residual income, but I can't depend on them for a living.
