What should my Title Tag be?

So want to optimize my title tag for our sports site (see sig) what should I make the title tag say. currently for the hp I am targeting the words sports picks, sports betting picks, sports handicapping, free picks, and or baseball picks (as baseball is about to start and it will change to football, than basketbal etc...)

All feedback greatly appreciated.
Also how will this help me bump up for what I currently rank? FP for Sports Picks

    You'll get some help ranking for the keyphrase that you put in that title tag. The search engines will think, okay, this site is about "sports picks" if you have the words, sports picks in the title tag.

    What's the "main" keyword you are trying to rank the site for? use that in the title tag. Maybe your site name right before that.

    or something like that. you want your keywords and you want to keep it short and sweet.

        It's simple. What is the main keyword you are currently targetting that is most related to your site?

        Put that keyword in the title, along with your 2nd best keyword.
