On page 1 of google for search terms on .co.uk but not .com

Hi any advise would be greatly appreciated .I have a new site in the music marketing niche 2 weeks old .It is showing up on page one of google for main search in a .co.uk search but not in .com.I guess because there is more compettion in .com ?
Anyway i guess i need to build more links .any more tips or advise would be appreciated !

    You need to explain yourself a little better.
    Do you have a .co.uk or a .com, or both?

    You make it sound as if you have both. Even then
    the question does not make sense to me.

    You seem to be searching for both.

    A .co.uk would get better SERPS (I am guessing)
    in the UK if it was deemed worthy.

    But you really gotta revamp the question.

    How does one do a search for a .com and expect a .co.uk
    to show up?

      ok i have the site on a dotcom with the server in the uk.I have a .co.uk that redirects to the dotcom.
      my question is when i open my browser to do a search by default it will search worls wide web. where i do not come up on page 1 .however if a search after ticking pages from the uk i come up top 2 in search results ?
