Just stumbled upon this site Trampolines For Sale | Trampolines For Sale Information

The guy has 2 blocks of ads one below the other, I am sure his CTR must be very high. Is this allowed? If so I am planning to mimic it on my sites. Good idea or is there any other format that works better than that

You can stack them however you wish. I think it's
tacky, but to each his own. However, he appears to
be breaking the spirit of one part of the TOS. He has
the words, "Trampolines for Sale" directly above the
ads. Very, very misleading. Will google catch him or
care? Maybe not. But this and other forums are filled
with people who swear they got banned for no reason.
    I always beg to differ.

Not a bad X-factor style site. Definitely not an issue to stack the ads as mentioned above, but also agreed that there is an issue with the header with ads directly following. Wouldn't be an issue if the header text were different, but in this case ads directly below the header could definitely be confused to be directly related to header since it says Trampolines for Sale.

If this were my site, I'd put at least a couple of sentences of text between the header and the ads. That would be enough to satisfy Google's reviewers.
