Question about possibly getting reinstated by adsense

I lost my adsense acct. a while back, I was putting my site in traffic exchanges and didnt know any better at the time,anyway does anyone know of any cases where adsense gives people a second chance ,once youve screwed up? All replies will be greatly appreciated

    Don't get your hopes up too high on getting Google to reinstate your account. They very rarely do that. It may be better to apply for a new account but using perhaps your spouse's name this time. That would be a better option.

      I have never known Google to re-instate accounts. They probably know that by doing so, they'll be viewed as admitting failure and then open up a whole pandora's box of people wanting to get their accounts reinstated that actually did purposely break the TOS. This is a sad story for you, as you didn't know any better but I agree with the poster above me.

      Your best option is to get a new adsense account and start fresh =(

    I haven't heard of anybody getting their account back either although I think some people open multiple accounts using different companies.
