Google says "Disapproved for Invalid HTTP Response Code" What????

Hey guys,
I have just set up an Adwords campaign, everything went fine until all my ads and keywords were disapproved due to "invalid HTTP response code".
I have NO IDEA what they are talking about! I tried to call them but got told by an automated message to check online....great.
Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?? Any help would be appreciated.
