Backlink Question: Does Google Bot Go Through Private Membership Areas?

Hi professional SEO-ers,

Was doing a certain backlinking structure, and came across this problem:

I logged out of the account, pasted in the URL of my backlinks, BUT:

"You be must be logged in to view this XXXX"

I pinged the site, submit the url to social bookmarking sites, only to realize that it is a protected member area.

Does anyone know whether the Infamous Google Bot will cut through those formalities and get right straight to my back links on that member's page?

Regards,
Ed

Okay, I understand that in usual cases it'll not happen, but what if I smashed in so many inbound links to that URL that it'll literally force GoogleBot to take a look?

What site is in question here?
Also on each site you have public view button.

      Hey Marko,

The sites involved are of .edu nature and it's the popular system that most .edu sites are using: "Moodle"

There is a public view button? I'm gonna check it out.

What I did was to post a spun article in the blog function they had over there, and I did a lot of stuffs to get it indexed.

      Will this work out?

I have had a private forum for a long time now and my public pages are all indexed but the pages that you have to login in order to see are not indexed. It will not matter how many backlinks you have to that blog, google will not index it if it is members only area.

      Kind Regards,

Your question was the same as the other Warrior.

I made some tests and found out that Google does not index locked profile links. Googlebot may have access to it, but it doesn't index it.

Actually Google Bot does NOT index them BUT it CRAWLS them which means they'll matter when google is calculating your Position.

So profiles that are not publicly viewable still help your Site!

How do I know ? I've tested it, I blasted 1 site with 95% Private Profiles and it ranked number 1 for a medium competative keyword.
