How to add adsense plugin?

Can someone point me to instructions on how to add plugins to a .wordpress.com blog? I have my blog ranking both 1 & 2 on page one of google and I don't know how to put the monetize plugins on it.

Thanks Marko. I don't have my blog hosted and so that's why I am having problems. I don't know how to upload a plugin onto a free WP blog.
