Why can't I Create an Ad Using my Facebook Account ?

Hi there,

I have a problem with my facebook account. I can't create an ad with it. Every time I push create an ad button, the page keeps blank. Do you experience the same problem ?

Is there anyone can help me to solve this problem ?
