What are the best adsense niches

You need to do the niche and keyword research to find those niches. If someone has a great niche that's making good money - they aren't going to tell everyone about it.

The ones most people will mention are areas of finance (foreclose/bankruptcy/mortages, etc) and dating - and those are high competition, highly saturated niches so may not be the best choice.

I think this is one of those things people like to keep a secret. However I will say that the best adsense site are focused on products. A lot has to do with traffic. So do good keyword research.

As both Kay King and Steller says here, people will most likely not say their good Niches.

However product niches is my favourite, as they bring more clicks, and there are a lot of high paying keywords.

When I say product niches I mean keywords like: "portable air conditioner", "cheap washing machines" etc.

I'm not claiming these are the best niches, but I prefer niches like that.

Can't say that I agree with anything that you have said here. First of all there are plenty of people on this forum who are willing to give out not just hints but actual keywords and even better the knowledge to find them on your own, I AM ONE. PM me if you need help.

Lastly, banned in a year? Really? Maybe this has happened to you but do you have any idea how many MFA sites there are on the web and have been there for years? Maybe you don't understand the concept that Google is getting paid more money for the clicks than you are. As for these sites polluting I guess that is just a matter of opinion. But just because a site has adsense ads on it doesn't mean that the site does not have valuable content on it.

Niche Markets: money, holidays, health, dating... the usual. IF it advertises on TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines, it should be good in Adsense wise.

Bids: Long story short: You can get max paying clicks - just stay top 3 for your keyword and you'll get more % of them then the rest of folks.

AdSense only website: You really should NOT be allowed to give such bad advice.

No one is going to be banned in a year.
No one is polluting the web.
No one is wasting their time.

Google Adsense is a great source of income - even with high competition - and it's a solid partner for some of us day after day.

The best niches are ones where competition is very strong,
one an end product that is very profitable, or has repeat
business, like various forms of insurance for example. But with
strong competition, it's hard to compete, so go micro niche.
Personally, I go for small sites with very high Adsense pay outs.
I might only get one click a month on some keywords, but then
I get $45-$60 per click. I have no competition at all, and only
10 searches a month. Effectively, I own those keywords. Not
very many searches, but added together, I have thousands of
visits a month over a handful of niches, and nobody SEO wise
to spot me from profiting.

Look at what products are advertised offline. See all those
leaflets by the checkouts in supermarkets? Do you honestly
think you're queuing up because there isn't enough staff to
service you? They make a very good profit out of those little
leaflets.

Interesting look at which micro niches to tackle...

How are you finding these higher payout keywords with low search counts? Micro Niche Finder? If a keyword only has 10 searches a month, then wouldn't the Adwords bid price be very low?

This is intriguing, can you explain a bit on how you find those keywords with high payouts?

I tend to stick to a specific industrial type of micro-
niche, and use LSI keywords to rank up the Adsense
values. This is done virtually on autopilot because I
use an privately built article spinner to create all the
content I'll ever need, and then organically posts them
to my blog network. I've been doing this for a number
of years, and works well for me.

I use several keyword tools to unearth my root keyword
sets using the historical data that Google et. al. provide.
I then organically grow them into HUGE keyword lists
that read well.

example: if you had the historic keyword "New York
Gym", isn't it possible that somebody will also be
searching for "New York Home Gym"? and let's say
your keyword research didn't uncover that phrase.
You now have a new keyword that can be dropped
into a (spun) article, and still make sense. Now,
organically, you can then create a new keyword for
each state or city. The list is getting bigger now,
some will have historic data, and most will not.

And not just for Gym, what about "Health Center"?
or "Spa"? I can typically grow keyword lists ten to
a hundred fold from a single root keyword. Imagine
how big my lists get with a bigger keyword list.

Understanding that over 80% of the searches on
Google have never been asked before, I can grab
my greedy share of that traffic, and use LSI to
crankup the Adsense click value.

It takes me about two hours from finding my root
keyword set, to my first spun article being posted.
The rest is on autopilot, and I usually have enough
keywords to post for a couple of years.

Not only that, but look at the phrases they use. Great
for seeding keyword research. They do a lot of work,
and pay a lot of money for attention grabbing phrases
and titles/headlines.

"30% Off Life Insurance" etc.

All of this is handed on a plate to you.

I find that business to business services and continuing professional development (CPD) are niches that pay well (I've managed to average >$0.60 per click). However, writing credible content for these niches is tough and beyond the capability of most VA's.

I can't say I agree with WebMasterSam about the difference between content and search. Yes the content does pay lower, but in my experience my EPC is only around 15-20% lower than the estimated CPC Google gives you. If you allow banners, then your EPC can actually be higher than the estimates if you find a market with high search banner competition.

Reverse engineering is also helpful. If you happen to stumble across a site with a variety of adwords banners, it could signal that it's a profitable niche to get into.

The ones that pay the most! I personally do not care as much about competition as I probably should. If a niche is competitive it is for good reason. Once you make it to the top though the benefits are sweet!

You can actually rank for any keyword. It just depends on how long and hard you are willing to work for it. You can also find some really good niches inside of the more competitive niches that wont be as hard to rank for but pay well. For instance, Health/weight training/weight training for women.

Sex, money and health are great, they're all people really care about. Money is tough to get good rankings for.

But there are undiscovered riches out there. One topic I found has incredible click through rates. The IM brigade really haven't found every niche there is

You can find many high-price niches through search engines. But in my eyes, it is unnecessary to find them on purpose because these "best" niches can't attract as much as traffic for your sites.

It's not just the niche. Some people can make an insurance site... and get pennys a click. Another person can make an insurance site which displays THE EXACT SAME advertisements and get paid dollars per click.

Your site has to be of value to Google before they will pay.

If you want to find "Good" niches all you have to do is think about companies willing to pay to acquire customers. Think beyond selling and item and think about customer acquisition. Insurance works because the customer will pay a large amount over and over so they can afford to spend more to get the customer. Contrast that to a site selling a $10 T Shirt.

From my experience good niche for adsense site are...

1. low competition
2. High monthly search (3000/month is good enough for 1 keyword)
3. Average to High CPC (min 1$ ,higher is better )
4. Have micro niche (many related keyword)
5. Global visitor from premium country (For maximum click value)
6. spesific keyword/long tail(don't hit for single or popular keyword such as mortgage,dating,business)
7. unique keyword (no one other IM know your precious keyword! )

So, adsense site with above criteria will be gold mine

What do you need?

-Powerfull tool to search your own keyword and cpc bid and global monthly search. "Market" Samurai is good option.
-"Google Insight" to track visitor geographic
-"Google trend" to track trend of your keyword

Back when I build for MFA I used to take the top adsense kw performers and build around those. Like for example the 2010 top ten was:

mesothelioma survivor
minneapolis personal injury lawyers
mesothelioma attorneys san diego
asbestos attorney illinois
asbestos lawyers pennsylvania
pennsylvania asbestos lawyers
delaware mesothelioma attorneys
maryland asbestos lawyers
phoenix dui lawyer
baltimore mesothelioma attorneys

Then just build a lot of extreme long tail or related kw from those. You can see that the top producing adsense kw are all related so you can easily incorporate them into 1 blog. They are high competition but you dont need as many clicks as other niches to make a nice profit.

I have read a few reports on how to pick a niche, and I am taking a course from zeus66 right now and he states the same thing. Go to ebay pulse http://pulse.ebay.com/ and you will see the top searches on ebay. You can drill down on them using the drop down to select the top searches in the different categories.

Next on the list is shopping.com Shopping.com - Online shopping. Price comparison, product reviews, and online store reviews at Shopping.com. and at the bottom of the home page, just under their logo you will see a lot of links. The one at the far right of the first row is Top Searches. Click there and you can also drill down in the categories in this site too.

Amazon also has a similar feature, but I will be damned if I can ever find the link on their home page. But I have had a few people tell me to use their site. Maybe you can find the link to it if you go to their site. If you do, maybe you can tell me where it is.

John (zeus66) holds his coaching program on Adsense, and he explains how to find your niches. It just started a few days ago so it is too late to sign up, I think. But I highly recommend the course. Check with him on when he plans to do it again and take the course.

I think you guys might also be missing a trick. Keywords is good, but another approach is to target people in BUY MODE for something.

Thanks to Google Analytics, the evil empire knows exactly what sites are making money for their Adwords customers. I bet Google will be rewarding good Adsense sites with higher and higher paying ads.

  I don't see any one giving away any golden nuggets, but you can find your own nuggets. Do some keyword research using the google keyword tool or something similar, check that there is enough monthly searches and that the average CPC is high enough to be worth your while. The truth is that most niches can be profitable with adsense, you just need to keep building sites and when something starts to earn you money focus your efforts around that and then move onto another niche
