Rank 2 Websites On Different Domains That Are Exactly The Same?

Wondering if someone with experience or that has done test can tell me what will happen if I take the exact same content, html, everything, and put them on two different domains - say fastdogtraining.com and dogtrainingfast.com. Then I do seo to rank both of those for their perspective keywords - the first site being "fast dog training" and the second "dog training fast."

I know there is no duplicate content filter, but will google dock me for doing something like this? Will I get deindexed?

Thanks

What I usually do in a case to one avoid the hassle and two to save time is if I have 2 domains and want to rank them is optimize one, forward second to seo optimized and then do directory and url submissions for both. Then you can create backlinks alternating domains and if done right on positive google friendly article/blog/video/pr sites then can be extremely fast and easy.

Doesnt forwarding cause the site that is being forwarded to lose authority?

Google will usually only display one of those sites and will try to determine which is the orginal source by various means. PR, domain age, traffic, etc.

All in the name of a better user experience for searchers which I agree with completely given I am a shareholder.

There is a way to display both (at least it work right now) but you'll have to PM me for that.
